There are a couple of things you need to consider when looking for a particular workout or diet in order to discover how certain celebrities got their bodies into their desired shape.
The first is :- What secrets do they know or have access to that you don’t, whether that be through personal trainers or some kind of ‘guru’ that only the rich and famous have access to.
Well the answer to that is simple… they don’t. There is no magic potion to give Jessica Alba ‘that body’ or magic workout to give Brad Pitt the body that he has.
Everything that they (or their personal trainers) know, you know as well, or at the very least can find out reasonably quickly due to the internet today.
What you’ll find in every case is that hard work, good diet and determination got them their results. Obviously having two hours a day to spare with a personal trainer to keep them motivated and a unlimited budget does help, but hey you can’t have everything!
