Wednesday - day 11 training day

Breakfast - Porridge oats

Snack - Banana

Lunch - Tuna with diced carrot and peppers and a few cherry tomatoes

Snack - mixed nuts

Dinner after training - Steamed cod in parsley sauce with a baked potato and vegetables

Pre-bed snack - Cottage cheese

Weight still 92kgs!
