Thursday - day 12

Breakfast - 2 eggs scrambled

Snack - Apple

Lunch - Tuna and cherry tomatoes

Snack - Banana

Dinner - Sausages, baked beans and 2 poached eggs

Weight 91.5kgs

Lost another 1lb today thank god, I thought that I was doing something wrong and the diet was going to stall.
