Diet - day 13
This is going to be the last post about this diet, I’m going to carry on for another four weeks but I’m only going to update on here once week just to let you know how it’s going, the reason for this being that the diet doesn’t change that much from week to week so you already get the idea.
Friday - day 13, training day
Breakfast - Porridge oats
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Turkey salad
Snack - mixed nuts
Dinner - Bacon chop and veg (after training)
Weight 91.5 kgs
